I've been to Tennessee and other parts of the South on many occasions, and if there's anywhere in the entire Universe that refutes the concept of intelligence designing anything, that's it.

"The disability people"?? You mean like me? I get $847 a month Social Security. That qualifies as "excess income" in New York so, in addition to the $110 I pay for Medicare I pay $60 for Medicaid. Forget the fact I'm paralyzed. You live on $700 and tell me how cushy your life is.
